Spatial Insight has won the 2021 BTO implementation award, KWR Water Research Institute announces 12th February 2021. We’re pleased and honoured with the acknowledgment of our contribution in applying scientific research in the daily operation of utilities.
Owner Arnoud Drevijn: “The winning project dealt with Comsima, a model that predicts tearing behavior of PVC pipes in different conditions Together with the other participants in this project from Oasen, PWN and KWR, we transferred the model into an algorithm that utilities can use in their daily operation. This is what we love and where we’re good at: generating decision support information for asset managers and asset owners. Data driven is the only way towards optimal accountable management of underground assets.”
